What Makes AccelaStudy® AI Languages Different

Twelve languages, all four CEFR skills, one adaptive engine that learns what you already know and skips it.

All Four CEFR Skills, Graded

Listening, reading, writing, and speaking — each scored against the official CEFR rubrics (A1 through C1 at launch, C2 in Phase 2). No competitor grades all four. Most don’t even attempt writing or speaking.

One Subscription, All 12 Languages

$19/mo unlocks Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and Turkish. Switch between them anytime — your adaptive profile carries vocabulary and grammar mastery across language families.

Cross-Language Knowledge Transfer

Mastered Spanish preterite? When you start Italian, the engine credits you for the related concepts (passato remoto, periphrastic past) automatically. Romance, Germanic, Slavic, and Indic families each transfer ~30–60% of their core grammar.

AI Speaking Scoring with Tone & Pitch

Per-language phoneme alignment, tone evaluation for Mandarin, pitch-accent for Japanese, vowel-harmony for Turkish, stress placement for Russian. Real pronunciation feedback, not just “repeat after me.”

Authentic Listening Passages

Synthesized native-speaker audio across multiple voices and regional variants — LatAm vs Iberian Spanish, Brazilian vs European Portuguese, PRC vs Taiwanese Mandarin. Adaptive difficulty by CEFR level.

CEFR Readiness Prediction

Predicted band/level per language with confidence intervals. Know exactly when you’re ready for the DELE, DELF, Goethe-Zertifikat, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK, or whichever exam you’re targeting before you pay the fee.

How It Works

Six Principles That Make Adaptive Learning Actually Work

No streak gamification. No same-content-for-everyone curriculum. Just an engine that knows where you are.

01

Your Knowledge, Mapped

The engine builds a real-time map of what you know at the concept level — vocabulary, conjugations, cases, tones, scripts, sociolinguistic register. Not chapters. Not modules. Individual concepts.

02

The Right Activity at the Right Time

Every question is chosen to teach you the most in the least time. Conjugation drill, sentence reordering, listening dictation, oral role-play — matched to your gaps.

03

Root-Cause Diagnosis

Wrong answer on a German dative case? The engine traces it to the prerequisite you're actually missing — not just “review cases.”

04

Autopilot Study Planning

Set your target CEFR level and daily time. The system builds your plan, adapts when life gets in the way, and tells you when you're ready for a real exam.

05

Cross-Language Knowledge Transfer

Pass Spanish A2? Start Italian A2 with credit for the ~60% of concepts that transfer. Romance, Germanic, Slavic, and Indic families each share substantial structure.

06

Every Practice Test Is Unique

Practice exams are dynamically composed across the full CEFR rubric. You never see the same test twice. No memorization, just real reasoning practice.

Common Questions

When can I sign up?

We’re targeting Summer 2026 for general availability. Drop your email below and we’ll let you know the moment subscriptions open.

Does $19/mo really unlock all 12 languages?

Yes. One subscription, all of them. No per-language fees, no “premium” tier upsell, no surprise charges. Switch between languages anytime.

How is this different from Duolingo or Babbel?

Duolingo and Babbel charge per language ($13–$14/mo each) and don’t grade writing or speaking. We grade all four CEFR skills with AI rubrics, transfer knowledge across language families (Spanish → Italian, etc.), and charge once for the entire catalog.

How accurate is the speaking scoring?

Per-language phoneme alignment + tone evaluation for Mandarin, pitch-accent for Japanese, vowel-harmony for Turkish, stress for Russian. Each language uses native-speaker reference distributions calibrated against CEFR speaking descriptors. Calibration data published alongside the product.

Will it prepare me for a real exam like DELE or JLPT?

Yes. AccelaStudy AI Languages includes CEFR readiness prediction for the major exams — DELE (Spanish), DELF/DALF (French), Goethe-Zertifikat (German), CILS (Italian), CELPE-Bras (Portuguese), TORFL (Russian), HSK (Mandarin), JLPT (Japanese), TOPIK (Korean), and others. The engine tells you when your projected pass probability hits 90%.

Which Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin variant ships at launch?

Spanish: Latin American neutral (Iberian in Phase 2). Portuguese: Brazilian (European in Phase 2). Mandarin: Simplified PRC (Traditional Taiwanese in Phase 2). Arabic: Modern Standard (MSA only at launch; Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, and Maghrebi dialects in Phase 2).

Are there free courses?

Free courses on AccelaStudy AI are at accelastudy.ai — programming, DevOps, computer science, data science, plus other academic subjects. World-language courses are paid; the AI-graded speaking, writing, and tone evaluation are compute-intensive.

Does the subscription cover phase-2 languages too?

Yes. When Dutch, Polish, Greek, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hebrew, and Tagalog ship in Phase 2 (Q1 2027), they’re automatically included for active subscribers at no extra cost.
